نوازش مادر ، کودک مرده را زنده کرد !
امروز در شهر سیدنی استرالیا خانم کیت اوگ در هفتمین ماه بارداری دو فرزند به دنیا آورد یکی از این بچه به علت وزن کم(حدود 900 گرم) در زمان زایمان مُرد و پزشکان به او و همسرش خبر مرگ کودک دوم را دادند اما خانم و آقای اوگ از پزشکان خواستند فرزندشان را برای لحظاتی در اختیارشان قرار دهند . جیمی کوچک پس از دو ساعت نوازش مادر و گفتگوی او در کمال ناباوری زنده می شود .
در این دو ساعت مادر با فرزند مرده خویش صحبت می کند و از خواهر دوقلوی او می گوید و از برنامه های آینده شان ...
گویا مادر می دانسته کودک مرده اش هم بیش از هر چیز به نوازش و هم آوایی او نیاز دارد بقول ارد بزرگ (Great Orod) فیلسوف و اندیشمند برجسته : (کودک و مادر ، با نفس های یکدیگر زندگی می کنند) . کم کم پاهای بچه به حرکت در می آید و او چشم باز می کند .
پزشکان اول حاضر به پذیرش حرف مادر نمی شوند اما پس از آنکه مادر چند قطره از شیرش را بر لبان کودک چکاند جیمی کوچلو از خواب مرگ بیدار شد .
پدر و مادر این نوزاد با شور و شوق از این معجزه شگفت‌انگیز و الهی یاد می‌کنند.

مادر این نوزاد در این خصوص گفت: ما خوش‌شانس‌ترین آدم‌های دنیا هستیم. این پایان خوش با درمان‌های پوست به پوست و مادر- فرزند قابل توضیح است. این درمان‌ها به کودکان بیمار کمک می‌کنند که زنده بمانند. این درمان در استرالیا با عنوان نوازش کانگرو شناخته می‌شود.
این مادر استرالیایی افزود: دست‌ها و پاهای کوچکش بدون پاسخ به تحریکات افتاده بودند و حرکت نمی‌کردند. من آن را به خودم چسباندم و شروع به حرف زدن با جیمی کردم و اسمش را صدا زدم و به او درباره خواهرش و پروژه‌های آینده خانواده گفتم و بعد ناگهان اولین علائم حیات را نشان داد. کم کم چشمانش را باز کرد. من دکترها را صدا زدم اما هیچ‌کس حرف من را باور نمی‌کرد.
پزشکان معتقدند که اعلام خبر مرگ این نوزاد به دلیل تشخیص اشتباه پزشکی بوده است با وجود این، این زوج معتقدند که معجزه الهی جیمی را به آنها بازگردانده است.
دیوید در این خصوص به تلویزیون استرالیا گفت: ما خوش‌شانس‌ترین والدین دنیا هستیم. اگر کیت در کار خود پافشاری نمی‌کرد اکنون احتمالا جیمی در بین ما نبود.
An Australian mother who hugged her premature baby for two hours, believing him to be stillborn, has apparently brought him 'back from the dead', through cuddles.
When he was delivered at 27 weeks, Jamie Ogg showed no signs of life, and doctors at a Sydney hospital said that he was already dead.
His stunned parents, Kate and David, were given his 'body' to say goodbye, and he was held against his mother's skin for nearly two hours, lying against her chest.
Jamie's twin sister Emily had survived in a healthy condition, and the couple were getting ready to come to terms with the loss of their son.
Two hours later, after being spoken to by both parents and held in close skin-to-skin contact, Jamie began to gasp.
Initally doctors thought his movements were just reflexes, but then he opened his eyes and took a few drops of breast milk from Kate's finger.
Five months later, Kate and David have made television appearances to tell their story, and to speak about the importance of skin-to-skin contact for neonatal health.
Kate appeared with Jamie sleeping soundly in her arms and described her son's recovery as a miracle.
"I told my mum, who was there, that he was still alive. Then he held out his hand and grabbed my finger," she said.
"He opened his eyes and moved his head from side to side."
Doctors are baffled by the baby's survival. David Ogg said he was glad that his wife had followed her own instincts in holding the baby and not just let him go.
In Britain, mothers of newborns are encouraged to have skin-to-skin contact with their babies as much as possible.
There are documented health benefits, and the child feeds, bonds and settles more quickly.
Touch can be a challenge in premature births when the baby is placed in a incubator, however, because of the medical equipment getting in the way.
Nonetheless, parents of premature infants are still encouraged to touch them as much as possible during their time in the incubator.
